Let me start by saying that Javier Avila is amazing at what he does! He is very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. His workers, were very friendly, polite and always on time. He is very pleasant to talk to, he listened and understand of what you need, overall I am happy and satisfy. My experience was phenomenal and I cannot say enough about how great Javier Avila is. Thank you again Javier Avila for doing such a wonderful job!

My wife and I highly recommend Ja Construction Solutions for new construction as well as a remodel. Our project began as new construction and segued into total remodel of the existing. The principal, Javi Avilla, and his crew were pleasant and easy to work with. They showed up as scheduled, stayed until the job that was planned was done, they did not start getting ready to leave at 3PM, and they cleaned up before they left.
As construction progressed, the inevitable changes to the original design were facilitated by Javi’s knowledge and experience; the resulting charges were fair and reasonable.
In summary: Javi is honest, knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to work with. We have recommended him to our friends and family.

I recommend Mr Avila and his team for a reasonably priced and reliable contractor. He did a patio cover project for me and it was done quickly and without any drama or delay. I was totally satisfied. Next project I'll just call him.

Javier gutted and remodeled our home for us this year. This man operates from his heart with a fierce determination to make his client happy. He created our dream home for us. There are always hiccups in any construction project, but Javier makes everything right, and that is because he operates with his heart. My husband is also a contractor with high standards, and he couldn’t be happier. Javier is hard working, organized and very creative. If you are considering his company, don’t hesitate.

My experience was great from beginning to end! Javier and his team literally remodeled my entire home, inside and out. You would not recognize the before and after. It has been one year and I still love it! He was easy to talk to and I appreciate the fact that he worked patiently to make my remodeling dreams come true. AMAZING!! Javier has done so much work for us over the last 5 years and three houses. He is quick, honest, reliable, and does amazing work. Even my four-year-old daughter says to call Javier when I complain something needs to be fixed. I don’t know what we would do without him. He does it all!

I was very pleased with the work JA Construction Solutions did for me, assisting me in building a very large and beefy carport to support solar electric panels. It had deep, sturdy footings and stone and stucco columns that match the rest of the house perfectly. They did exactly what was promised, on time, and at a very fair price. I hope to work with them again on my next big project.
