He was referred to me and it has been a headache. He came, did his job and had to chase him down to fix the A/C unit after it was installed 3 times and he always gets upset that he has to fix the problem. The unit is not 5 months old and it still doesn't work properly without freezing. I would not recommend him to anyone.
