We had Joe Truesdale come over previously and work with us on a simple plumbing job previously. Joe completed that effort as promised. Second time I trusted and gave Joe the next job at a different location. 50% of the agreed upon cost was paid upfront on a date (Sep 28, 2016) that he was supposed to pull the permit and work to start on Sep 28, 2016. The permit was pulled only on Sep 30, 2016 instead. there was a delay of 2 days there and he promised to start the work on Oct 3, 2016, but I am trying to reach him through calls or text, but there has been no response from Joe as of Oct 3, 2016. I am waiting on Joe to complete his work so that we can start on the rest of the basement work such as carpet replacement etc. I'll keep posted on the progress here.
