This is a small owner-operated business. We do everything from small repairs, to full scale renovations. Kitchens, Bathrooms, Tile work, Laminate or LVF flooring, Fences, and everything in between.
I treat all my customers as I would want a contractor to treat my mom, sister, or daughter. So you will always be treated like family.

5 stars!! No job is too small for JAB Home Improvements...from a new socket, lighting and our beautiful kitchen cabinets and tile backsplash. We just had our screened-in porch refurbished with a soffit ceiling, new screens and new wood trim. The lower half of the porch was enclosed with wood siding to give some privacy to the space. The guys are now building a front door deck with a wide stairway making it easier for older family members to use.
Count on reasonable pricing, clean construction site, courteous demeanor and a friendly personality from the guys at JAB Home Improvements. They're the best!! -

I had a few projects that needed to be done around my house some electrical work, a small addition minor hvac work and some bathroom pipes that were leaking. I hired JAB and Brian and crew did an awesome job! I will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend. 5 stars! You won't be disappointed!

I needed my "vintage" 2 bedroom home turned into a 3 bedroom home - walls torn down, ceilings replaced, closets removed so that one of the bedrooms could be divided to make 2 good size rooms. You can imagine the mess! But, JAB did a great job hauling the trash away every day and keeping the mess confined! Communication was good, and the few changes I made after the work was underway were never a problem. The disruption to our daily lives was far less than I expected. In the end, the finished job was wonderful!! My children are delighted to have their own rooms! ----- The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I got. All-in-all, friendly, considerate, hard-working, and timely! I will certainly use them again!

I am EXTREMELY particular whenever I have someone do work for me. JAB Home Improvements exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their work. They helped me select the best doors for my needs and installed them with an unreal attention-to-detail and craftsmanship that I have not seen in a very long time. At one point, they discovered significant water damage below and beside the door exiting our bedroom. It had rotted the inside floor, damaged the supporting floor joist along with a few other issues. They showed me the problems and IMMEDIATELY went to work to solve them - and they DID! It took a while, but the repairs looked great. No comments like "This is going to cost more money." We all knew it was out of the scope of the project and I expected to pay more. The final results of their door replacements were amazing. Hire these people!
