    Kitchen/ office remodel
    $15,000

We hired Adrian Delgado to renovate our work office for our marketing firm here in Denver Colorado. He did an amazing job on plumbing, electrical, and our new kitchen we decided to add to the office. I am pleased with the work provided and would highly recommend them on any of your projects you may have.

Kitchen floor replacement and full master bath reno
    $32,000

We hired Jabez (Adrian Delgado) for a master bath remodel and kitchen flooring replacement. Demolition started August 7, 2018, and as of the time I am typing this, October 10, 2019, our master bath is not complete. It is functional, but there are still small things to be completed so the permits can be closed. We cannot get Adrian to come back to finish. As with the person above, he is very polite on the phone, and kind in person, but is inconsistent with showing up when he says he is going to, or calling back. The quality of the work is inconsistent as well. Some things were done really well, other things broke or fell off almost immediately. He also owes us money for the items we bought (mirrors, light fixtures etc.) totaling $855, but I have given up on ever getting that back from him. At this point, we will be hiring someone else to complete the small things then have the inspector come so we can get the permits closed. We may even invoice Adrian for the cost--TBD. I agree with the other review, do not use Jabez.

Kitchen and bath remodel with panel change and laundry
    $20,000

We started working with Adrian Delgado of Jabez Construction on 6-6-2018. He was brought on by his son Adrian Jr. to handle permitting our job and to do the electrical and pluming for a new kitchen, bath remodel, and an upstairs laundry. Work was slow and while we were on vacation Adrian called us and said the inspector was requiring something that would cost us $700. When we returned and my wife went over to the house Adrian said she needed to pay the $700. When I later went and looked at the job there was nothing done that was not a part of the original bid. But even worse than that I was not able to get Adrian to come and finish the job. When I was finally able to get ahold of Adrian Delgado he was polite and said he needed to contact the electrician and would call me right back. He never did. I tried to get ahold of him again for months but he never answered or returned my calls. I finally called his son and threatened a bad review on Angie's List as he brought his dad into the product. Adrian finally called, set an appointment, and did not show. After another week I finally got him out and we walked the job and he agreed that he needed to finish the electrical for our bathroom, laundry room, kitchen and kitchen island and the plumbing for the Kitchen, fridg icemaker, dishwasher, and sink. He said it would take him 1 to 2 days to check his schedule and get back with us. The two days was up over a week ago and he has not called nor does he answer any of my calls. The last time Adrian or Jabez construction did any work here August 2018. Today is March 31st, It has been over 7 months since any work has been done and once more he is not answering the phone when I call nor does he return my calls. The one time he came this month he agreed to all the work but again will not answer or contact me. If you are considering Jabez construction and Adrian Delgado Please do yourself a favor and pass. My wife has been unable to use her kitchen for 7months because of Adrian's lack of integrity. We have paid for a job he will not finish. We were overcharged $700 for work we already paid for and he is holding $500 dollars that we paid him for work we no longer want him to do. He knows that he owes it yet he does not answer our calls and does not call us. If you like small claims court then Adrian may be for you but if you want a job done, run away from Adrian Delgado and Jabez construction!
