This business is run by a man by the name of Bob Maize. He will take your money, only do part of the job and expect you to fire him. Please, please do your due diligence on him. The best way to find the people who he has done this to - he does not open building permits under his name. He opens them under his son's name. Find these permits and call the people. We don't know anyone who had a successful remodel job. The one lady who made us aware of this now deals with PTSD. He was sending people over all hours of the evening, on Mother's Day, 4th of July, Christmas Eve, etc. They never knew when a worker was showing up. He did this as some form of intimidation to get them to fire him. He puts people into a position where they are desperate to get the job done. Homeowners ended up doing much of the work themselves or hiring others in. We found many, many people who were victims of his business. Every devious action one can think of yet he stays within the letter of the law. This man knows how to work it. There is not enough room here to tell all the horror stories. Best advice, do not rely upon him for references. And don't take our word for it. Look for the people who he took advantage of and hear their stories. It is a nightmare.
