Hired JAC to install a pair of Andersen 400 Series Patio Doors. JAC did not follow the contract work scope, charged extra for the cost of parts that were covered in the contract work scope, took 3 months to complete the work. I worked patiently with JAC for a year to get the work fixed but JAC blamed everything on the structure of my building. Andersen sent a technical representative out to look at the doors and he concluded that the installation was out of level and plum. I would not hire this company again.
