AVOID this contractor if you want to waste a whole lot of your time. he is very nice up front but once he signed all the papers he missed the start dates wouldn't answer phone calls wouldn't answer texts and then a week later finally gets back to you and tells you that you're throwing a tantrum. he's very unprofessional and a big waste of time
