MASTER CRAFTSMAN. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR. We contracted with Jack A. Higa, Builders. 500 sq ft deck renovation. He and Cameron were precise and accurate in every aspect of the job. They were thoughtful and paused every step of the construction to examine and evaluate what they did. We had several bids. With the company's 99% rating we felt very comfortable. He was the best contractor we've ever dealt with. FAIR PRICING. OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP. PERFECT! AN EXCEPTIONAL RESULT! Thank you, Jack.
