  Tar and chipped our driveway. Lasted less than 6 months. All washed away. No warranty even though he said he stands behind his work. Not true!

  Tar and Chip

  I've had my driveway tar and chipped recently and I'm very pleased with the way it has turned out, he had two very hard working ladies that did a wonderful job the work that them two ladies did definitely deserves five stars. I've noticed there is a lot of negative comments about Mr. Cooper as long as them two young ladies are doing the work I can guarantee that you will be pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them two without a doubt. Very pleased customer!!!!

  Driveway

  I had my driveway done by Jack and his two workers. The two working women worked very hard. They both took there time to make sure the drive was done right. The women made sure that they kept going they never stopped moving unless it was for a drink. I am super pleased with the job and how hard the women worked.

  Tar and chip driveway

  Jack Cooper is a very nice con.Nothing he says is true. Address is a store in Shippensburg and the store owner doesn't know him. Tar and chipped my driveway and left equipment in my yard for a week. Said he would trim the grass on edge and he just covered the grass with stone. Loose stone 4 inches deep in some places. Three weeks and bare spots showing up all over. No insurance no license. Fly by night smooth talker. Run don't walk away fromantic this theif

  Chip seal driveway

  Did a chip seal on my paved driveway. He warrants the work for a year, but it started coming apart in less than 3 months. Large bare patches where the chips washed away because he skimped on the tar. If this guy approaches you, run away.

  Scammed my elderly parents out of thousands of dollars. Promised asphalt and only laid sealant; Didn't do what he had promised, and made an absolute mess; splashing sealant on their house siding, deck, etc.

  Preys on unsuspecting elderly.
