Jack was very personable. Unfortunately, he kept us guessing as to when he would show up to do the job. He always told us he'd be here next week, after this other job's done.... If he would have been upfront on his schedule, we would have understood. Instead, for over a month we wasted our time getting our job done. I'm sure his work is good, but he is dishonest in his word. I wouldn't recommend.
