We would highly recommend Jack Godfrey and his company Alpha Tech Mechanical Llc. There were very prompt, explained the problem along with giving several options in regards to our old system. There was no pressure to try and upscale but we did decide to replace our 20 year old system at which they came the very next day and replaced everything including the ductwork with metal as it’s under our house and we have had rodent problems before and now every room is the same temperature. These guys are the best I have ever experienced. They did s blower door test to evaluate the air exchange rate in our home which we found the attic to house was very leaky along with no insulation under the house nor did we have plastic down. They sealed the attic to house connection along with encapsulating our crawl space providing a vapor barrier and thermal barrier. Now my house does not smell like a crawl space and all my plumbing is protected and I can’t think of s better company to have come perform all this work. Quite frankly I don’t know of a company that has the knowledge that Jack Godfrey has. What an awesome technician!!!
