    I have worked with Jack on a dozen of so projects and can say that he is an honest and dependable contractor. Most of his jobs appear to be word of mouth from prior clients. He is excellent for remodel and new build construction projects for single family homes. Jack is up to date on his license, insurance and bond and typically has a job foreman on his projects. Communication with Jack has not been a problem, if you call he picks up, if you email he typically calls you back. I have not seen any emails or text messages from him, I think that is due to a generational thing

    Condo remodel

    Mr. Myers has ignored multiple written and verbal requests for payment of a debt incurred during his remodeling of a condo, in preparing to quickly "flip" it. In my experience, responsible and responsive behavior is essential in selecting whom one wants to employ.
