Do you have something you want built? DON'T call Jack!! Jack came to my house and gave me a quote for 47ft of vinyl 6' fence with two gates. 16 vinyl fence posts, 14 vinyl panels, 2 gates. Install time, 1 week. Well, it has now been 21 days since Jack Oliver Cons't has started my job. There are 10 vinyl posts installed, NOTHING ELSE!!!
Jack DOES NOT return calls, does not answer texts. When he does show up, he has some old lady sitting in his car, in the sun ( in 100 degree heat, so you know he isn't planning to stay very long), and stays 15-20 minutes and leaves. When asked about completion date, he ALWAYS has an excuse.
Best advice when dealing with JACK OLIVER CONS'T.....DON'T!!! No matter how good the price is, you end up spending sooooo much more, in time, inconvenience, and even more to another contractor to finish what JACK started!!!!!!!!!

After watching Jack Oliver WASTE 31 bags of 60lb concrete to set 6 5x5" vinyl posts that ranged in height from 6'3" - 7' tall and turned in varying angles (all suppose to be same height and squared to back fence) I started researching JACK OLIVER CONS'T and then kicked him off my job.
I originally contacted Jack after he was referred to me by the local hardware store as a licensed contractor. Unfortunately, I did not check his license until I saw his quality of work. 2 weeks of work, 6 post set, and 1,860 pounds of cement, I discovered Jack's contractor's license is not suspended, it's REVOKED!!! Jack Oliver is not even allowed, by court order, on ANY JOB SITE without supervision of a real licensed contractor.
