    He is very rude man. I simply had an inquiry and all he did was fuss.

    Replace roof
    $17,000

    I hired Jack Manuel to replace my roof after Hurricane Laura. He never came out and checked the work himself (sent a crew who damaged my yard and driveway). Although he originally told me he would file with my insurance and then bill me, he demanded payment the day after completion. I made the mistake of paying him and when my insurance came out to inspect it they found issues with the roof. I contacted his secretary numerous times before she quit and then tried contacting Jack for over 4 months to get him to make repairs ont he mistakes his crew made and to get repairs made to my yard and driveway. He never returned text, calls, or emails. I have talked to several other people who are very dissatisfied with his work. I would NOT recommend.
