Wallace Plumbing came in and "did the job", which was to install fixtures. So, that's all they did. All the boxes, wrapping, packaging were just left for me to deal with. We worked on a verbal deal and funny enough, his billed value was higher than what I remembered! In trying to resolve that, Pete was aggressive, insulting, and threatening - unresponsive to anything I had to say. There are many other plumbers out there with better customer service skills. I would recommend to skip over Wallace Plumbing in favor of another plumber.
