If I can give minus rating I would be glad to give to this dishonest and unreliable contractor. To be fair he does good job work wise but his ethics are bad. He charged me a 50% markup on the fan motor for the ac unit and when I insisted on having the sales receipt for the part he said he would never give anyone that. He charged for labor at 95/hr and still wanted to make a profit on the part. The part cost he charged me is 85 dollars more than what was quoted at Fox appliances on augusta. My advise would be please insist before hiring him to keep the labour and parts charges different and insist on paying only the store proce
