Purchased a home in June 2022, where Jackie’s Hones had redone the foundation with a grant from the state. The work was completed in October 2021 and there is a crack in the back wall where water pushes in during rain. When I contacted them, I was referred to another contact who specializes in this kind of repair. I was quoted almost $1700; Jackie’s Homes did not take responsibility since it wasn’t a new built home. In just over a year sine foundation was rebuilt, there are now 2 areas on the wall where water penetrates and also water seeping in thru cracks in the floor.. I don’t think this is normal as I was told. Very disappointed.
