Hello, I am currently a very unsatisfied customer. Not only have they came out to my residence over 3x’s to correct my problems, but they ruined my upstairs ceiling in the process. They have amateur workers who don’t fix the problem to begin with but also destroyed my ceiling due to not reconnecting the drip pan in the process. I reached out with pictures and a series of messages with NO response or NO apologies. I have messages and photos for proof of there errors and neglects.
