When we hired this company everything was great, even after they pushed the start date back by over a week we were still good with them. Once the job started the work was really good then something happened where all communications almost screeched to a halt. The counter top fabricator hurt his foot and we never told that our counters were being being pushed back, then we had a water leak under our kitchen faucets caused by the contractor by not hooking things up correctly. When they came to verify the water damage we were told by the end of October for the counter tops, that didn't happen also were told they would find out about water damage if it would be a reski or a new base cabinet. Now November 9th and still have not heard anything from them even after 3 different text messages. Stay away!

We hired Jackson builder in Nov. 2021- gave them a
significant deposit for an addition. It's now July of
2022... they were not able to get through the permit
process with the city! We even had a sit down meeting
with the city and they submitted again- so many
redlines it's crazy! After 8 months of hardly any
communication, no responses to email, text or phone
calls. We have decided it's time to part ways. We asked
for our refund- not only no refund- but no
communication! Currently, we have filed a complaint
with the Registrar of contractors for what they
described as abandonment of job. The last 8 months
have been like living a nightmare. Very stressful to say
the least. There was always an excuse as to no
communication- on trip for spring break, anniversary
trip to PNW, etc. Looks as though our hard earned
money went to pay for family trips. I'm posting this in
hopes no one has to endure, what we've endured for
the last 8-almost 9 months. Now we are forced to
Pursue all avenues in getting our deposit back. I wish
someone would have warned me PRIOR to putting a Deposit down! Buyer beware!!!!
