Dean was respectful and offered a reasonable rate initially on a floor project in my living room. Estimated job was 3 days, however took almost 2 weeks to complete due to staff not being able to make it to my house, and various other excuses. One of the three jobs were not even attempted. Initial contract noted that Dean would purchase supplies, however I found a better deal than what Dean offered. That being said I paid for all supplies. In the end Dean refused to give me back the money that he estimated for supplies ($1,100.00), or the money that should have went to one of the three jobs, but was never even attempted ($500.00). Staff also stole extra supplies that I purchased ($100.00) and was planning on returning to Lowes. Ultimately Dean stole about $1,700.00 from me and refused to attempt to come to a compromise with me. I own rental properties and deal with contractors often, and have never experienced something like this. I will never work with this company, or any company that Dean is a part of. Avoid them at all costs.

Not only did they exceed my expectations on a big project they just did for my organization; but, they have impressed me on other projects they have completed, that I had the opportunity to see. They are top notch: the quality of products they use, thier attention to detail, and desire to make their client happy. They make it look easy, wearing smiles n never showing frustration (if there was any). Amy is very approachable, making you feel comfortable to come to them with questions or concerns.
