My contractor hired them for a bathroom remodel.
The rough-in was fine, but we had these problems:
1. Attitude. They acted like they were doing us a favor by showing up.
2. Abrasive. The rough-in for a bath spout was wrong. for the fixture we selected. The plumber said of our selected fixture "This is the ugliest thing I have seen". He suggested fixtures usually sold at the big box stores.
2. Attention to detail - knobs for shower and bath were loose, one of sink drains leaked, and a copper pipe joint in the basement looked like an amateur did it.
The sink drain caused the bottom of a new cabinet to delaminate.
I had planned to use them to install a new water heater. That was cancelled.
So, 1 star, do not recommend.
