I hired Jake to renovate my bedroom and he screwed up everything. He and his workers were unprofessional. . I will not hire him for future projects and would not recommend him to anyone!

This has been hands down the most comfortable contractor I've ever used. Jake and his team, were courteous, clean, and very professional. They took great measures to protect our property during our renovation. The work was fantastic. I was well informed on what to expect, and the price was right! Thanks Jake

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family hired Jake to redo the kitchen off of a friend's recommendation. He appeared competent when first meeting and going over the plans, but that quickly changed. He and his workers would arrive at 11am and leave at 5pm, with an hour lunch break and several smoke breaks on our property in between..what is that, 4 hours of work a day? On top of that, a week into the project, Jake decided to go on a week long vacation with hardly any warning to us. The timeline he originally gave us had to be extended over and over because of their poor time management and not to mention all of the MISTAKES him and his workers made. The floor had to be pulled up and relayed, and it's still not right. Noticeably chipped and uneven tiles...he painted oak cabinets without priming them, now the paint is wearing off and the grain is showing through only months after the project ended! Not to mention, he hooked up all of our appliances incorrectly, costing us thousands of dollars in repairs due to HIS mistakes. He tried to get us to pay more money for him to complete the backsplash, which at that point, we said NO. He wouldn't refund us any money...trying to talk to this man is infuriating. Extremely unprofessional, don't look into his services any further if you want a quality job done.

I hired Jake to renovate my bathroom and he did an amazing job. He and his workers were kind, clean, and curious. He explained the whole process from start to fiinish. I will definitely hire him for future projects and would recommend him to anyone!

Beware, Jake is a liar and a cheat. He turned our "Dream Kitchen" into a "Nightmare Kitchen." He mislaid ceramic tile then had to rip it up, only to reuse chipped tile on a new floor...who does that? He hooked up the dishwasher and disposal incorrectly and both got "fried" when we tried to use them. The new sink wouldn't drain because he hooked up the plumbing incorrectly. He wouldn't come back to fix anything and wouldn't refund any money. We have to hire a plumber and electrician and purchase new dishwasher and disposal at the cost of $1500.00 and he doesn't care. The cabinets he painted are a mess: some doors won't open and some won't close. He went way over his quote and and way over on time on the job..2 weeks longer than estimated because of his screw ups. Stay away from this crook!
