    We hired this contractor in April of this year, right from the beginning he started not showing up and when he did show up the work he did do was horrible. We asked him about everything that we felt was being done wrong and he just kept saying we would be happy in the end. This went on for exactly one month and one day I came home from work and he and all his equipment was gone. Every single thing he did had to be fixed by a new contractor because his work was so bad. We took him to court and won the judgement against him for almost $9000.00, but we'll never see a dime from this crook. So be warned he is a fraud and he will steal your money just like he did ours and come to find out we weren't the first.

    I am the owner of the property that this contractor and build zoom published the image of the front porch (deck repair). I hired Bryan Jacobosky to remove my wooden porch and replace with concrete and add vinyl railings.

    First and foremost, I did not authorize anyone to use this image which I believe is against the law. Build Zoom stated they are not authorized to remove the image.

    Second, the above contractor, Bryan Jacobosky took 50% down on this job in June of 2011 and had to take him to the magistrate in Oct 2011 because he never finished the work. I found out months later (on his Face book page), that AFTER I hired him, he was looking for a mason ASAP.

    He was mandated to pay a percentage of what he received from me. Being sympathetic, I agreed to a monthly payment plan so it wouldn't be a financial hardship, and he paid some back, then wrote a bad check (which I had to file criminal charges with the DA-hearing is set 1/23/13) and didn't finish the payment arrangement. Since then, I received over 200 vicious and threatening text messages created from a fictitious Gmail account which prompted me to having to get a new cell phone. Then he proceeded to throw a brick and a motor cycle foot peg through the windshield of my vehicle, then another brick to the body of the car and third attempt was made in which he scraped the tire rim. I do now however have a surveillance system and will be able to file charges again, when he attempts to damage my property.
    Bryan Jacobosky is very unstable which is proven by going to the public website to pull up his criminal background in which he has plead guilty to terroristic threats.
    So my review of this contractor yields nothing but negativity. I wish I did the background check before I hired him.
