We bought a Jacob’s Building Co. Home in 2016 and the quality of the house he builds is phenomenal. We bought it just as it was finished, but we couldn’t have done any better if we choose everything ourselves. There are upgrades through out the home which is often not the case for a spec. home. Honestly, there was only one issue with the home and that was the drainage in the back yard. Joey came back after one call and completely took care of it. This is the kind of company you want building your home. Congratulations to Joey Jacob and team for building a beautiful and high quality home!!
