Jacob's Ladder far exceeded my expectations. This was the first time I ever worked with a contractor, and everybody told me about all the horror stories they had in getting their houses built. I had none of those. The workmanship was superior, the cost per s.f. was even better than a modular house I was looking at for the same property, and the price was exactly what we agreed to -- in fact, he threw in a ton more features even after the contract was signed.
If I ever went to build another house, Jacob's Ladder Construction would be my ONLY call.
