    Emergency broken hose bib, ancient rusted pipe. Took `1 hour, after hours
    $$150

    Called Steve at 7:00 on a Saturday evening on recommedation of neighbor. Steve dropped everything to come to my house to repair a 50-year old hose bib connection that had burst inside the wall behind the kitchen sink. In about an hour he had chipped out the stucco, teased out the rusted nipple, replaced it, installed a new brass hose bib, cleaned up left. A fast, professional job done in good humor at an awkward time for a fair price. (I chose to do the stucco repair myself.) Steve is my go-to plumber,now!
