Exactly same experience as Bobby. Mike/Jacor were on time and did good work in the first half. Then by the second half of the project, they stopped showing up on time and delayed us for months, burning our working capital to cover their delays. The work they did do is terribly done. Like cannot paint in a straight line terrible. Seems like management there has anger issues and project management issues. Save yourself from the disappointment and ire of having to work with careless and slow contractors who blame everyone and anything under the sun but their own incompetence.

I know of 4 businesses including mine that this company finished over 6 months past their promised delivery time. All 4 of those business including mine fell victim to Jacor's non stop change orders. They were a huge factor in those businesses not making it because Jacor having eaten up their working capital between their everchaning expenses and having to pay rent while jacor was soaking up more money from all of these clients.
Save yourself the heartbreak and look elsewhere!!!
