Horrible experience. The so called owner Johnny, gave me a staircase that wasn't even the correct size, never installed and it and just disappeared. I ended up having to take him to court which is still in effect. Stay away from this so called company. Nothing but fraud.

I am still waiting for John to complete a job for over a year now. He basically took my first check and ran with it. Then when he tried to fix the problem, he brings a staircase that doesn't even fit. Currently in court for the issue. Stay away from this so called company.

The owner John seemed nice enough in the beginning and I hired him. The nightmare started 4 weeks later when I found out he never submitted my documents to the permit office. On top of that he refused to honor my request for a refund of my deposit by avoiding me. Let the buyer beware. If it sounds to good to be true run away fast.
