Unethical. Quoted job and didn't perform work correctly. When realized they didn't fix the issue, provided another quote for significantly more money. Eventually I hired another firm to do work - and it was done correctly for 5.4% of the cost JAD wanted to charge me in total (yes, 5.4%). Further, tried to get my payment back since they did not perform the work correctly but, of course, they also don't guarantee their work. I had a very bad experience and caution anyone from using them (and do not pay anything until after work is complete and 100% satisfied).
