I called Jade Air this morning because my air was not working. Chris told me they were backed up and he would need to call me back. He did and told me that it would be later on that evening before they could get to me.
I had another company out that replaced my Fan motor and one of the condenser for the fan. He missed the other condenser that was bad as well and a switch on the compressor was bad l and it was low on freon.
Chris and Gilbert showed up and found the issues they saved me $7000.00 because my unit is 1991 and the switch on it was the game changer. Since they were able to fix it i have air again.
The customer service is outstanding that alone is a 10 in my book.
You are my go to company now.
