They are the absolute worse. Paid in full for my roof. Passed all inspections. Then the rainy season started and the leaks and mold began. Nobody answers the phone. And their phone number has changed. I have contacted the attorney General on the matter. They are crooks.

I have never written a review or commented on a company , but I just needed people to know about JAE Roofing and how horrible the service , the communication , workmanship and follow up. After spending $30,000 on a new roof the new roof was leaking right away . From the beginning I saw trouble looming . All I could maybe say it was a COVID delay but other houses around me had the shingles ready to go .
1. They damage my car that was on the side of the house about 7 to 10 feet away .
2. Left a huge mess of roof nails , tar , wood and just debris inside the garage with out clean up .
3 . My roof started to leak when the put the 30lb under roof felt and now no have a huge stain and crack on 2 parts of my house .
4 . JAE,, They came in my house to look at the leaks and with the dirty boots and black tar damage most of my very expensive carpets .
5 . After new roof completed started to leak right Away . They needed to come out 3 times to fix the issue .
6. My shingles on a part of the house are not the same color as the rest of the house .

Well the is all . Hope this helps some clients out to do better research on roofing companies.

I have a leak in my kitchen and its from them not putting down flashing. I have mold and in my kitchen took videos. They do not want to pay for the damages which are over 20K. The office staff is rude and hangs up on you. AWFUL SERVICE

Communication is terrible:
Initially hired with first deposit 2/10/21. Showed up to demo existing shingle roof and install new metal roof on 5/15/21. Roof was demolished and tar paper installed 5/15/21 & 5/16/21, then disappeared with no further communication and no call for initial inspection. Finally, after many attempts to contact someone, they reappeared and initial inspection was passed a month later on 6/17/21 and second layer was installed 6/26/21. Absolutely no progress since and unable to get any kind of update from anyone. Numerous attempts have been made to contact the project manager and the owner. The only response was on 8/3/21, the owner did reply and said he would be by the following day to give an update. That never happened and that was a week ago. Other calls and messages have been left at the office as well, and no communication back once so ever. So basically, here we are 6 months after initial deposit collected and 3 months after the actual project start and more than 60% already paid and can’t even get the decency of at least a return phone call to explain the delay in progress. Completely disgusted with the lack of professionalism, respect, and humanity that this company shows their customers!

I was promised no subcontractors and that is the only people that showed up.For some of them it was their first job in the country and probably in roofing and construction.The job was horrible,broken window ,the roof leaked,they did not pay subcontractors and got a lien and so on.They are incompetent or plainly a fraud.They don't apply for the right permit because they want to save money,they hire the lowest bibber to save money.When he got caught for not doing the job right he can only say that we are combatant.He has no business being a contractor he never shows up the check or verify anything.Horrible,don't even think about hiring this guy.
