Hired JAG Plumbing & Drains to unclog a drain. They got their sewer snake stuck in my line, abandoned it, and left my pipes blocked. When I asked for their insurance info (listed on their business card), they refused. I had to pay thousands to another plumber to fix the mess. They ignored legal demand letters and the Ohio Attorney General. Unprofessional, unaccountable — would not recommend. DO NOT USE
