I usually do not complain and have tried to be patient and understanding since I understand that he might be busy but working with Francisco was an absolute nightmare. Excavation project was started mid-March, then abandoned for many weeks until May. My backyard was a sinkhole with mud all over. I had to send dozens of texts and called so many times. Each time Francisco said he would finish the job "Monday, Saturday, etc" but he rarely showed up. He claimed that it was too rainy to finish the project, but there were many days that were dry and waiting longer made the mud much worst. I paid immediately upon consult, and they would leave the job unfinished each time. It is the last week of June and my backyard is still wrecked. Last year I installed a mesh lining and decorative white marble which cost over $2,000 and they buried it completely with mud and grass seeds. They still did not fix it and I had to pull some of the marble out myself. They installed grass seeds on top of the un-leveled muddy ground. The team drove over my wooden patio and grass with the excavator and caused damage to the fence (which they just flipped over to the other side as a fix), the patio, and of course the original soil. When the team did any work, they always said extra money was needed just to get my backyard to look normal again. The excavation was a foot less deep than what I was originally quoted for and they took out too much dirt on the side. I spent $4,200 in total so far and the backyard is still not finished. I would have never started this project with them and really regret not going with someone else. Highly do not recommend.
