I used JAJ to renovate my entire house...painting, new flooring throughout,installed crown moulding throughout, kitchen counters, full renovation of bathroom, outdoor masonry work all walkways and side porch.
They were priced well, courteous,and kept within the time line promised. I would recommend JAJ for your home improvement project. -

We hired JAJ to do an addition on our home after receiving bids and interviewing 4 contractors. We were immediately impressed with their professional and personal attentiveness to our needs and concerns. While their price was not the lowest, it was within our budget and we felt we were in excellent hands with their team. Their work has now made our home EXACTLY what we had asked for and they did the job in a clean and efficient manner. We would recommend Dan and Ron to anyone seeking a quality and personalized General Contractor.

I hired JAJ construction to fix water damage in an apt I own. While they were working, my Mom passed away and I flew to England unexpectedly.
A check was sent to their office in my name so when I returned I could check the work and endorse the check to them. They were informed clearly by my insurance company it was not going to be made out to them. They forged my signature on the check ( admitted to it )and deposited it into their account.
The level of work was so shoddy and badly done-they did not complete the job and just did not do some of the areas at all. I've reached out many times to try and get a resolution but they took my money and ran! These are the guys who give contractors bad names. Hopefully they will have a break to think about their actions when they are sitting in jail for forgery.
