Mike Mohajir quoted a fair price to paint the exterior of our home, but we had to closely monitor, because there were several areas that needed to be corrected or touched up. Mike made those paint related issues right, but if we were not vigilant, those deficiencies would not have been corrected, leaving the job quality substandard. The rating is low because the day after we paid Mike in full for the job in July, we discovered a second story upper window shattered, no doubt by the painters’ ladder, but that painter never brought that to our, or Mikes attention. Also, the front porch lights were not painted, and one of them was broken. I contacted Mike, he came over and said he would have his crew come over repair/paint the front porch lights, and replace the broken window within the next week or so, making it right… That was the last time I got a response from Mike, after calling and texting him for weeks. Also he agreed, gave his word, to install 12 new storm windows when they arrived that we purchase for the second floor. I called to inform him the windows arrived, but again, he never returned my numerous calls or texts. Once Mike received payment, he went silent, not repairing the damages his crew caused. All Mike had to do was make it right, live up to his word, but he did not. Because of that, it makes it difficult to recommend.
