First time I worked with him he was on time, gave me a quote and stuck to it, and fixed the problem. Second and last time, he was four hours late, typically I’m an understanding person but he said he was off that day so my job was the only one. Then when I asked him what he did he was very condescending, telling me his step by step, even meaningless task. Like “walked ten feet to truck.” When I received the bill his rate was much higher. He gave some lame excuses for up charging everything. Plain and simple I’ll never use him again.
