Jim and his partner remodeled our kitchen for us several back in Davis. We rate him highly because:
The quality of the workmanship was excellent.
His communication skills and availability were very good. When we had difficulty with a subcontractor delivering on time he always let us know precisely where we were in the process and how he was working with the sub contractor to minimize delay (cabinet maker).
He was very thorough in the finishing of the project and the cleanup.
He and his partner had a wide variety of skills and provided detailed information regarding differing procedures (like cutting and removing slab to relocate plumbing).
His billing practices let us know ahead of time what the cost was and what it covered.
