Jim did an excellent job replacing the HVAC in an investment property of mine. He talked me through what I needed and ways to save money. He also went out of his way to give me some advice on a plumbing issue. All the work was done in about 5 hours, showed up early, and was a professional the whole time.
And I kid you not he rescued a dog next door to our property that was left abandoned a few days ago. Took him to faithful friends. Wish I could give him 6 stars!
