This contractor took complete advantage of me while I was going through chemo and radiation. He was supposed to fix a house that had been vandalized. Used the cheapest materials he could find. Would not give me receipts for kitchen appliances (I strongly suspect he bought used). Cheapest floors, tiling and paint. I would not hire him if he were the only contractor left in Central Oregon.
