I had James Armstrong Plumbing install a new shower base and they were quick to come on-site and installed it in 2 hours. Much faster than I expected. I highly recommend.

First of all, I got a same day appointment, which is unheard of in Dallas. Sebastian showed up on time and was professional and super helpful explaining the problem. He fixed our kitchen sink stop up quickly!! Will def call this company again.

Needed a new water heater installed. From beginning to end, this was probably our best plumber experience. Called this morning had a tech at my home within 2 hours. We really appreciated James Armstrong Plumbing. We had a link under our kitchen sink. I called him and he promptly called me back later that day. His schedule wasn't ridiculously booked where we got squeezed into see him about 4 days out. He took a look at the problem and gave us a few recommendations. He wasn't totally sure where the leak came from. He said to call him back after testing out his suggestions. After a couple of days of trying to find the leak, we spotted the issue. We called him back and he came to fix the issue. He wasn't too expensive. I would say pretty reasonably priced.

Bathroom shower drain was clogged and slow to drain. James Armstrong Plumbing was the 3rd plumber I called - first one never responded to voice message, second one only schedules visits in the morning. Sebastian showed up Friday on time, did the work to unclog the drain, and left everything in great shape. My drain now works perfectly. I would definitely call James Armstrong Plumbing again.

They would clearly explain what was actually happening, what the options were, and how long it would take to handle each problem. Their work was clean, professional, and I am totally satisfied.
