    WARNING!! James Did work for me 4 yrs. ago and I had him back to add an outlet in garage and some new lights. He overcharged me but I trusted him to do quality work so paid. They came to install garage door and outlet doesn't even work. James told me he was on his way to fix and then never came and won't answer my texts or calls. He also ghosted the contractor he was working with on my neighbor's home. (I had recommended him)
