Paid James in good faith for job seemingly mostly complete. Was supposed to order parts and install them in showers , but didn't come back. Also , failed to properly install kitchen faucet. Faucet leaks and James does not have courtesy to take or return calls. Appears professional, but not reliable. Would not recommend.
