I’m a designer/drafter in Tucson for about 30 years. I’m sorry to say that I’ve now had three clients in the Dove Mtn. area, in the last year, that have had terrible experiences with Jim and Bob Carpenter. I’ve never rated any contractor before but feel it is my duty at a professional to put the word out. They must not be hired. My latest client has spent $1200 to fix poor workmanship on a very small project. Another client had to redo almost an entire project, including materials, for a major remodel. The low price is it worth the very low quality of work. I wish them well but they cannot be trusted to do right by their clients.
