Stay away from this contractor!!! Total con man. He's taking me to court to try to get money out of me for labor he NEVER performed. He also brought in the wet saw in my furnished house and cut wood and TILE IN THE HOUSE!!! It needed professional cleaning he refused to pay for! I have 126 pictures of the damage he caused! He will embellish your bills in order to take the money he's truly not owed!! BEWARE! Being a single woman I kept telling him to finish up I'm running out of money, I was beginning to get scared I could NOT get this contractor out of my house. He would leave simple work undone so he could keep charging me! He would show up at my house after he was fired and bang on my door incessantly, I would not answer the door knowing he was looking for an argument. I had to call the local police dept. on him to order him, he would not give my keys back to my house! He went and made new copies and still has the original keys he was using!
UPDATE! Moved in June 2017, My pipes underneath my kitchen sink are leaking, went to tighten them they all fell apart. My bathroom looks 15 years old all the grout cracking. This guy does work he knows will go bad well after the warranty is expired so you need to pay him more money....STAY AWAY!!!!!

He does excellent work. He is meticulous actually. He has worked on several projects in my home AND NEVER had a problem!! He's very fair in his pricing! Very nice guy and can fix anything!!!
