    Build our new home

    Mr. Daniels does not honor contracts he signs. We signed a contract in February 2021 for our new home to be built and he did not honor it. He filed an amendment and would not give an amount OR a date to finish and we had no choice but to cancel. We have wasted 3+ months in our home search because of this. We did get our earnest money and upgrade costs back when we canceled, but we would much rather have a home at the price he originally agreed to.

    HORRIBLE....PURCHASED AROUND $8000 IN UPGRADES....SHODDY WORK AND DIDN'T EVEN PUT IN A SHOWER SHELF....WE ACTUALLY HAD TO ASK FOR IT, NO CLOSET IN THE MASTER .....R U KIDDING ME AND NOW I SEE HE CUTS EVEN MORE CORNERS....THE SAME HOMES R SMALLER INSIDE!!!!! HOW PATHETIC AND WRONG!!!!

    Mr. Daniels and the real estate agents answered all questions. Went above and beyond. He does not skimp on products . I am very pleased with the house. We bought was already in the process of building in Needleeaf and we were still able to change the inside to our choices . We did have a building inspector inspect prior to closing and he was also pleased.. we did have the stove secured, but that was the only thing noted in our report. We have also had him come touch up after we moved in and it was done great. We are very happy here.

    NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER. MR. DANIELS BUILT MY NEW HOME THAT IS THIS THEN 2 YEARS OLD. I HAVE EXTENSIVE AND VERY COSTLY REPAIRS NEEDED TO MY NEW HOME. MR.DANIELS HAS SHOWN NO INTEREST IN MY PROBLEMS AND CONCERNS. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO HIRE AN INSPECTION ENGINEER TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY NEW HOME. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR LICENSED CONTRACTOR TO COME AND REPAIR MR. DANIELS MISTAKES? THE MAIN QUESTION IS, HOW DID MY HOUSE PASS CODE?? ACCORDING TO THE ENGINEER MR. DANIELS HAD DONE PATCH JOBS ON MY NEW HOME WHILE HE WAS BUILDING IT. MR.DANIELS KNEW THAT THESE WHERE TEMPORARY FIXES AND WOULD CAUSE SERIOUS PROBLEMS (ISSUES) IN THE YEARS TO COME. MY PERSONAL OPINION IS; "I WAS MISLEAD BY REAL ESTATE AGENT AND MR .DANIELS WHEN THEY SOLD ME THIS HOUSE" I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE MR. DANIELS BUILD YOUR NEW HOME, MAKE SURE YOU HIRE A HOME INSPECTOR ENGINEER TO INSPECTED YOUR HOME ALONG WITH A HOME INSPECTOR. I HAD A HOME INSPECTOR BEFORE I BOUGHT MY NEW HOME, BUT THE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE !! BETWEEN THE TOO. FOUND THAT OUT THE HARD WAY.!!! SHAME ON MR. DANIELS AND MY REAL ESTATE AGENT FOR SELLING ME THIS LEMON OF A HOUSE!!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WHO IS HAVING A NEW HOUSE BUILT. ALWAYS REMEMBER IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!     NO WAY !! BUYER BEWARE !! JAMES DANIELS BUILT MY BRAND NEW HOME IN NEEDLELEAF SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN BARNESVILLE GEORGIA. MR. DANIELS HAS NOT BEEN A MAN OF HIS WORD. IF YOU ARE BUILDING OR BUYING IN NEEDLELEAF OR COLE FOREST SUBDIVISION ALSO LOCATED IN BARNESVILLE (ALAN MOBLEY WAS THE FIRST BUILDER IN COLE FOREST, JAMES DANIELS JUST BOUGHT REMAINING LOTS TO BUILD HIS HOUSES) MAKE SURE ALL REPAIRS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ARE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU CLOSE ON YOUR NEW HOME.. MR. DANIELS GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND UNTILL MY ONE YEAR BUILDERS WARRANTY WAS UP. I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY AND TO LATE ON HOW THAT GAME IS PLAYED.. I AM NOT SURE IF MR. DANIELS DID NOT TAKE ME SERIOUS THIS PAST YEAR ON MY COMPLAINT FOR REPAIRS, BECAUSE I AM A WIDOW OR BECAUSE I AM A WOMEN . EITHER WAY THAT WAS WRONG OF HIM!! A BRAND NEW HOME, IF BUILT CORRECTLY SHOULD NOT NEED REPAIRS. IF IT DOES THEN THE BUILDER SHOULD DO WHAT IS RIGHT. I WISH I HAD MORE ROOM TO LIST MY REPAIRS THAT WENT UNFINISHED OR HALF WAY REPAIRED. AGAIN THAT WAS THE GAME MR, DANIELS PLAYED WITH ME UNTILL MY ONE YEAR WARRANTY WAS UP. I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE ALL MY COMPLAINTS , KEEP THAT IN MIND. YOU MADE THEM LATER. I WISH I WOULD HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK WITH OTHER HOMEOWNERS IN NEEDLELEAF BUT AT THAT TIME NO ONE LIVED IN HERE. THIS IS A BRAND NEW SUBDIVISION GOING UP. THERE WAS ONLY ONE HOUSE FINISHED UP FOR SALE AND THE OTHER WAS STILL BEING BUILT. SO I DID NOT HAVE THAT CHANCE. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU DECIDE ON A BUILDER TO BUILD YOUR BRAND NEW HOME.
