In the beginning James was very responsive and gave me an insanely cheap estimate. But I found out it was all a scam. James Dunlay had no intention to do the work. He kept changing the start date and never showed up the day he was scheduled to start the work. I haven't heard from him since. He wasted a lot of our valuable time which caused us to start a demolition project after we already moved.

We had the exact same experience. He did not show up as scheduled. One day he randomly called to say he would be starting in a few minutes. When he was told we were not expecting him as he had not returned telephone calls. He was advised to come in an hour. He became irate and decided he would not do the work. This happened after waiting for him for a month. He completely lacks follow through. He is NOT trustworthy!
