James E. Perry, Jr of Perry Contracting is not someone you should trust. The building of my home was delayed by months due the negligence of James. James committed to providing me with an estimate for my home, an estimate I needed to provide to the bank to process the paperwork for the construction loan. After four months of James stringing me along, saying he would provide the estimate, he decides he is no longer interested and is “too busy” to provide an estimate. No apology, no remorse for the stress and anguish his thoughtless behavior caused. If you choose to work with him, beware, James is not a man of his word.
