In November 2020, at the CSL license hearing filed against James Rossini we learned that at least on our project, the building permit was applied for by the Construction Supervisor's License (CSL) holder for Bruin Corp, James Rossini and then he went on a 2 week vacation. While the building permit was still pending, Bruin went ahead with my roof project. Nobody with the required CSL license supervised the project, because he was on vacation. The resulting work did not meet code due to negligent application of roofing materials.
