Very unprofessional with language and behavior. Will consistently lie. They do not listen to what you want. If they don’t want to do something on your drawing they will make up lies as to why they can’t do it. Their pricing is very messed up as well. Don’t go with this company unless you you have 60k in bank pay for unexpected extras.

This Builder is a nightmare to work with he targets people to take advantage of with the contract, he does not follow the plans, he orders excessive materials for your project and takes them to work on other projects inflating prices. He will swap materials for cheaper less quality materials and when you catch him doing this, he will treat you very badly nobody should hire this company. Another thing he did was refuse to correct code violations and submit false sworn statements to the bank to receive payment.
